Terms and conditions

As our food is freshly prepared on a daily basis, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required for delivery.

Cancelled orders require 72 hours (three days) notice. Refunds will be 50 per cent of the total payment.

If our packages have been damaged during delivery to you, please advise both the courier and Stylish Picnics immediately.

The customer must supply correct address details and be available to sign for the goods. Failure to do so could result in a late or missed delivery.

Picnics hampers should be consumed within 24 hours of receipt to ensure maximum enjoyment of our food.

The contents of your picnic needs to be kept in a cool place, out of sunlight

Christmas hampers contain food that requires refrigeration. All food produces come with use by dates and ingredients list.

Stylish Picnics cannot accept any responsibility for any allergic reactions as a result of the consumption of our food.

Please note in the event of supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute goods or packaging of equal quality and value

Courier company
Your goods will be delivered by our overnight courier service, APC 'Delivery Times' below.

Delivery time

Picnic Menu Hampers prices include guaranteed next day delivery (Mon-Fri) before 12noon.

For a guaranteed week day delivery by 9am there is a cost of £15.00

Saturday deliveries incurs an extra charge of £25.

Custom made Hamper
Goods will be delivered on your specified day any time between 8am and 5pm.

Unfortunately, we cannot stipulate the precise time, but most parcels tend to be delivered by 3pm.

For a supplement of £5.00, this guarantees next day delivery (Mon-Fri) before 12am.

For a guaranteed week day delivery by 9am £15.00 supplement.

Saturday deliveries incurs an extra charge of £25.00.
Orders over £170.00 delivered free with a guaranteed delivery on or befor 12.00noon (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Responsibilities
Your picnic will come packed in a specially designed thick cardboard and polystyrene cool box.

The polystyrene is not biodegradable, so please dispose of it responsibly.

Inside the picnic box your food comes individually packed in containers made from a material called PLA. This is a bioplastic produced from corn and other natural starches and can be 100 per cent composted.
